Cadet Senior Specialist Course

This course is conducted for the selected few cadets who excel in the Specialist course. They will be taught instructional abilities in organizing, conducting and executing some forms of parades in NCC and at their school units. Upon graduation from the course, they may be appointed as Unit Drill Instructors in their school. These cadets will be promoted to the rank of SSG and don the coveted red and white lanyard. They have the responsibility of maintaining the discipline, conduct and bearing of cadets under their charge.
